Class Activities:
1. Easy day for me, tough day for the students! Using the documents from the previous lesson, students spent the period writing an in-class essay that answers the question, "How and why do people change their minds?"
I'll be assessing them on their ability to:
For those of you freaking out: We'll be writing at least 3 essays over the course of the year, and this is only the first. Hopefully by the 3rd, your DBQ essay-writing will be greatly improved.

Essay (at the end of the period) and the DBQ questions

- Refer to the documents, using them to support the claim
- Explain the evidence, tying it back to the claim.
