Unit 7, Lesson 22: Intro to Dessert
Learning Target: I can plan the next two days of free work.
Class Activities:
1. Students came in and picked up a two handouts. One was the dessert intro and overview. The other had the dessert rubric. There was no do now.
2. We went over the Dessert project. Please know that the Main Course must be completed before the Dessert can begin.
3. Students worked in their civilization groups to select their project and break it down into its "thinking bigger" questions. (See homework for more detail). I walked around and conferenced with individual students.

Homework:
Finish the Dessert Planning sheet. This means looking for the big questions included in my assignment overview sheet, then either writing the answers, looking up the answers, or bringing in research to answer the questions in class.
