Unit 3, Lesson 11: ISIS, Day 2
Learning Target: I can support my opinion on the Syrian Crisis with specific evidence.
**Note: Not all sections did this lesson, as I am trying to get the sections back on schedule.
Class Activities:
1. Students came in- and took out a piece of looseleaf. On it, they free wrote for 3-4 minutes to the following questions:
-Should the United States attack ISIS or not? Explain.
-Should the United States allow Syrian refugees to enter the country or not? Explain.
2. We shared our answers in small groups, then we had a whole class discussion. It was cool.
