Unit 7, Lesson 24: Dessert Work Day 2
Learning Target: I can answer all parts of my assignment.
Class Activities:
1. Students came in and took a seat. There was no do now.
2. No computer cart today. The focus was on outlining/planning/rough drafting. I walked around and gave kids suggestions, talked out their ideas with them, etc. It was my favorite kind of day. Kids were (for the most part) well-behaved, and interested in their work. We extended this into a third work day, because I found it to be very helpful for the kids.
Papers handed in today:
None (but checked research that kids did the night before)
Homework:
Dessert due Monday.
