Unit 7, Lesson 2: Pros and Cons of Neolithic Revolution
Learning Target: I can analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the Neolithic Revolution.
Class Activities:
1. Students came in and picked up a handout, which was an excerpt from a Jared Diamond article.
2. We took out the pros/cons charts from yesterday, and put ideas on the board. There were too many to list here, and all the classes had different ones, but you can take a look at someone else's if you need to.
3. I read the article aloud the to students, and then they answered the questions on the back. A lot of them were able to finish in class.
Papers handed in today:
Intro to Unit 7 handout.
Homework:
Finish article and questions.
Enter bullet points into pros/cons chart. (you should have 3 bullets in each box)
